The players of SC Bern, as well as the members of the management and employees with a salary of more than CHF 100'000, will waive 20 percent of their salary. The other employees will contribute to the cost savings with a 10 percent salary reduction.
"These contributions are urgently needed for the survival of the SCB. Nevertheless, the willingness of all employees to waive wages is not a given. We are accordingly grateful for this," comments Marc Lüthi, CEO of the club.
