According to the Tribune de Genève, Genève-Servette HC will still have to make do without goaltender Gauthier Descloux and defenseman Sandis Smons. The same holds for the defenders Marco Maurer and Jonathan Mercier, whose season is already over.
As Le Matin writes, Linus Omark will not be able to suit up due to being ill (not Covid-related). In his stead, Guillaume Asselin will make his playoff debut for the Grenats.
Arnaud Riat and John Fritsche are listed as healthy scratches.
