RUMOR - According to the Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat, the Finnish defenseman Anssi Salmela is practicing with HC Davos and looking to ink a contract in the NLA. After playing in Sweden last season, he is currently without employment.

NLA - Only yesterday Mike Künzle has extended his contract with the Lions until 2018. As the Tages Anzeiger reports, also the Swedish forward Robert Nilsson will stay a Lion. He already signed a new contract at the end of last season.
