Genève-Servette HC's Jonathan Mercier sustained an upper-body injury and will thus not suit up for tonight's away game against the Kloten Flyers.

The Berner Zeitung has given an update concerning to SCL Tigers' roster plans in view of next season. As already reported in December, team manager Jörg Reber plans to reduce the roster from 33 to 28 players.

It happened following a heated derby on December 22 last year, when GSHC's team bus was about two kilometres away from LHC's arena and came under attack by stones thrown by some over-motivated fans.

As one can read in today's edition of the Tages Anzeiger, the Kloten Flyers can count again on their defenseman Patrick Gunten for tonight's game against Geneva.

Suffering from a concussion which he sustained in the game against Lausanne at the end of January, SC Bern's Luca Hischier has finally returned to team practice, as Der Bund reports.
