NATIONAL TEAM - After the last preparation game against Canada on Tuesday, one last defenseman will have to leave the team. Coach Sean Simpson has already informed Jérémy Kamerzin that he won't make the trip to Minsk.

NATIONAL TEAM - Head coach Sean Simpson has announced another roster cut before the last preparation game: from North America Reto Berra, Sven Bärtschi, and Simon Moser will join the team, while five players have to leave the camp.

NLA - Under contract with the Lakers until 2015 and 2016, respectively, Franco Collenberg and Robbie Earl are both (still) unwanted in Rapperswil. Furthermore, Peter Sejna will leave the shores of lake Zurich, since his contract has come to an end.

NLA - As the Berner Zeitung reports, Canadian defenseman Travis Roche definitely has to leave SC Bern. Also Goeff Kinrade's continuance with the Bears seems to be unclear so far, despite a valid contract until 2015.

CHAMPIONS HOCKEY LEAGUE - Due to the great interest for the tournament from the top leagues in France, Denmark and Great Britain, the Board of the Champions Hockey League has decided to expand from 40 to 44 teams.
