RUMOR - When Simon Moser signed his two-way contract with the Nashville Predators, he made sure of an out-clause as of December 15. But it seems, that he won't make use of it.

Simon Moser had two goals when he signed with the Nashville Predators at the end of September: To make it to the NHL and to participate in the Olympic Games in Sochi. Because the second goal could have been threatened if he only played in the AHL, he made sure he had the option to return to SC Bern as of mid-December.

Now, priorities may have shifted a little for Moser. Although he did not receive his chance in the NHL yet and only played for their AHL-affiliate Milwaukee Admirals (4 goals, 6 assists in 21 games) he will probably stay in North America.

SCB's team manager Sven Leuenberger told Der Bund: "The way I feel him right now, the NHL seems to be more important for him than the Olympic Games". Also his Agent Georges Müller confirms: "A return to Bern is not yet in sight".

Thus, Moser will rather continue to play for the Admirals and hope to get a shot with the Nashville Predators than to return to Bern and make sure he has his spot on Switzerland's Olympic roster.
