RUMOR - As Ticinonews reports it could be quite possible that HC Lugano's forward Brady Murray will follow his younger brother Jordy and return to the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers.

The 29-year-old American-Canadian forward (with CH-license), who came to the shores of lake Lugano in 2008, is leaving two difficult and injury-plagued seasons behind him.

While he was not able to play a single game in 2012/13 due to a shoulder injury, he had to cope with a broken thumb at the beginning of the past season and was only able to complete a total of 32 games since two years, scoring three goals and five assists.

This injury misfortune paired with a weak performance on the ice could both be reasons in the eyes of the Bianconeri to not count on him anymore, even if his contract (thanks to an option) is still running until the end of 2014/15.

Rumor has it that Murray could return to the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, where he already played between 2005 and 2007. "Quite possible, quite possible," as Lakers' team manager Harry Roggenmoser said on the phone to Ticinonews.
