There are currently two deadlines of the highest importance for the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. One being January 31, when the transfer window for Swiss players closes, the other being February 27, when also the transfer window for import-players is going to be shut.

After dissolving the contract with their forward Duri Camichel and the suspension of defenseman Franco Collenberg, Lakers team manager Harry Rogenmoser has a lot of work to do. Currently, he is looking for a solution with the ZSC Lions to take over their young defender Cédric Hächler already during the ongoing season.

Another option would be SCB's defenseman Dan Weisskopf, who has already played eleven games on loan with the Lakers this season. Furthermore, Rogenmoser is also screening the import-market for a new Center, who should join the team within the next four weeks.
