As Simon Moser's agent Georges Müller tweeted, Simon Moser has finally signed a 1-year deal with the Nashville Predators. It is an entry-level contract and Moser will most likely start the season with the Milwaukee Admirals in the American Hockey League.

Therefore, Moser won't return to Switzerland where he would be under contract with Swiss champion SC Bern. However, he could do so after December 15. According to a press release of SC Bern, Moser can make use of a release clause if he is going to be relegated to the AHL during the upcoming two and a half months.
