EHC Visp signs ex-Ajoie forward James Desmarais

For the important and challenging upcoming weeks, James Desmarais will provide head coach Kim Collins with a valuable alternative to foreigners Alex Kovalev and Dominic Forget, as well as provide an insurance for eventual injuries.

James Desmarais had been fired by HC Ajoie earlier this season after a dispute during practice. The Canadian winger had played in the Ajoie since 2006 and scored 601 points (245 goals and 356 assists) in 356 National League B games.
