After joining Genève-Servette HC at the end of August, Matthew Lombardi seems finally ready to scratch the ice. To the "Tribune de Genève", the 31yr-old native of Montréal said that he "cannot wait to play" and promised to step on the gas against the Kloten Flyers.
Furthermore, the newly acquired Latvian international Kaspars Daugavins, who arrived in Geneva yesterday, might already play against the Flyers, too. He had his first practice with GSHC this morning.
