Head coach Arno Del Curto had already confirmed in November that they were going to extend an offer to the 31-year-old defenseman- However, as Forster told the Südostschweiz, he wanted to wait until he was back on the ice to start negotiating.
They are not close to a deal yet though, but the defenseman wants to stay with HC Davos that much he makes clear: "I am only negotiating with HCD." Forster has played one Championship game and three Spengler Cup games this season so far.
