Lakers' turmoil continues - Camichel leaves, Collenberg suspended

The Rapperswil-Jona Lakers don't seem to come to rest. After the sacking of their American import Robbie Earl (now with EV Zug) and forward Loïc Burkhalter (now with EHC Biel), they now have - upon request of the player - dissolved their contract with 31-year-old forward Duri Camichel (photo) in a mutual agreement.

Not that mutual is Franco Collenberg's suspension. Due to disagreements with the coaching staff, the 28-year-old defenseman won't be allowed to practice with the team until further notice. Team and player are aiming at finding a solution during the current transfer period.
