Colin Muller will not coach the women's national team after this season

"I think we have achieved a lot in six years, now it is time to step aside and [...] bring in new voices," Colin Muller told SRF in an interview. After four seasons of absence, Muller returned to the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation in 2018 and has been coaching for them ever since. 

In the 2019-20 season, he took over as head coach of the Swiss women's national team. While the Swiss never brought home a medal from the World Championships, they consistently qualified for the knockout stages, or even the semifinals, and remained in the top group of the world ranking during his tenure.
