The coaches and captains of the other Women's League teams elected Saskia Maurer for the third consecutive time as the "Best Goaltender" of the regular season.
EV Zug's Ivana Wey, for her part, has been named "MVP" by her peers. It was, however, a close race for the win. She had only one more vote than her teammate (and previous winner) Lara Stalder and SCB's Estelle Duvin (who had been named MVP in 2024). It is thus not surprising that those three also battled it out for "Best Forward". Ivana Wey won this category just ahead of Stalder and Duvin. These three players were also the best scorers of the season.
Lauren Dabrowski of the HC Fribourg-Gottéron Ladies takes home the title of "Best Defender". It was another close category, as she had only one more vote than SCB's Lara Christen and two more votes than EVZ's Annika Fazokas.
Norina Müller (HC Fribourg-Gottéron Ladies) received the most votes in the category "Break-out Performance of the Season". The 17-year-old already took home that title last season. Evelina Rasseli (HC Davos Ladies) and HCFG's Thomas Zwahlen both were elected "Best Coach" of the league. They each received four votes.
On Friday, the first games of the semifinals of the Women's League will take place. EV Zug will face the HC Fribourg-Gottéron Ladies.
