New assistant coach for the SCB Frauen

The SC Bern Frauen have announced the appointment of a new assistant coach. Former longtime Swiss national team and Zurich-forward Nina Kindschi is joining them for the coming season.

"Nina has great expertise and valuable skills in women's ice hockey", team manager Köbi Kölliker notes. "Her passion for the sport is infectious and she puts her heart and soul into it. She also brings a healthy balance between excitement and relaxation to the team."

The 31-year-old is part of the Waidacher sister trio that used to play for the Lions Frauen and the Swiss national team together over the years.
