EVZ's Gabriel Carlsson and Fredrik Olofsson to suit up for Rögle?

It is no secret that Reto Kläy team manager of EV Zug, will make some roster changes during the offseason. "Expressen" reports that Gabriel Carlsson and Fredrik Olofsson might be two of the players that will not make the cut for the 2025-26 season.

There is, however, interest from Rögle BK for both Carlsson and Olofsson and, still according to the same source, the players are interested as well. The three parties will have to find a solution for the contracts of Carlsson and Olofsson. Once that is done, they would be free to join the SHL team.

Carlsson appeared in 39 regular-season games for EV Zug this season, recording three goals and eight assists. Olofsson, for his part, put up six goals and 23 assists in 47 games.
