Rodwin Dionicio placed on unconditional waivers by the Ducks

Rodwin Dionicio has been placed on unconditional waivers for the purpose of terminating his contract. The defenseman was drafted by the Ducks in 2023 and signed his first deal with the NHL team in 2024.

Dionico played his first AHL games last season, recording five goals and four assists in 24 regular-season games for the San Diego Gulls. He joined EHC Biel at the end of January and finished the season in Switzerland. Once he has cleared waivers, he might thus once again return to Switzerland and maybe even to Biel, as "Blick" reports.
