Successful share capital increase for EHC Olten

The planned share capital increase, which was approved by the shareholders at the 2025 General Meeting, has been completed. The measure formed part of the restructuring of the public limited company, Eishockey Club Olten AG, and aims at laying the foundation for the continued implementation of the 2030 Strategy.

One of the three pillars of the 2030 Strategy is that EHC Olten is financially sound and independent. The other two are that Olten is firmly rooted in the region as an independent, traditional club, and that it is ambitious on the ice as a top team with a winning mentality
