Giacomo Casserini has put his name under an extension with HC Sierre, making him a member of the team until 2026. The 33-year-old has just finished his second season with them.
"I joined HC Sierre in 2022 and I am proud to continue this adventure for the next two seasons with this historic club, full of passion, with a wonderful and warm audience", Casserini notes. "My goal for the next few seasons is to bring all my experience and help the younger players."
A graduate from HC Ambrì-Piotta's youth system, the defenseman found his way to Sierre via HC Ajoie and EHC Visp.
