Swiss League

The Swiss League club has hired another reinforcement ahead of the upcoming season.

Without a club since last week, when HC Lugano terminated his contract, Liekit Reichle has already found his next employer: for at least the 2025-26 season, he will play in the capital city of the Canton of Grisons. The contract's length, however, has not been specified.

Björn Gerhard, team manager of EHC Chur, is convinced that Reichle can take the next step with them: "We are very much looking forward to working with Liekit. He is an important player for our team and has qualities that will help us to progress in attack."

Last season, the 22-year-old forward collected 19 points in 17 games with HC Lugano's U20 squad. He also appeared in 25 games with the main squad, albeit not for many minutes, without recording a point.
