The team will move to the MyHockey League next season. Several players will thus not return to the current Swiss League team next season.

EHC Winterthur announced several departures on its Instagram channel. Some transactions, like Nicolas Warmbrodt's move to EHC Arosa, have already been previously announced. Emil Molin, Andreas Döpfner, and Tomas Vlcek will also leave the team.
It is not yet clear where the three will play next. However, "Arcinfo" reported a while ago that Molin might stay with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds beyond this season. The Swede reinforced HCC in the playoffs.
