EHC Visp extends with Dario Burgener and Andy Ritz

With the extensions of Dario Burgener and Andy Ritz, EHC Visp is continuing on its path of continuity and identity. Both Burgener and Ritz are products of Visp's organization and went through most of the junior stages together. They have been playing together for the first squad of the Valaisans since the 2016-17 season, appearing in more than 400 games for them.

Team manager Daniele Marghitola especially praises Burgener and Ritz's attitude: "Their extension for a further season is very much in keeping with the continuity of our sporting project. As they have been with the club for several years now, they are fully familiar with our expectations and our way of working. On the ice, they bring a great deal of energy, intensity, and fighting spirit. [...]. They are also reliable players with a wealth of experience who can stabilise the squad and support the team in day-to-day life. Their attitude and professionalism are key factors for our team".

This past season, Burgener collected eight points in 49 games, while Ritz put up 15 points in 60 appearances.
