EHC Chur extends contracts of Hammerer and Canova

"We are extremely happy that we can keep Gian-Marco and Jannik in Chur. Both bring important qualities to our game and are very valuable to our team – Gian-Marco with his physicality and offensive power, Jannik as a complete two-way center with scoring qualities and great responsibility in defensive play," Bkörn Gerhard, EHC Chur's Head of Sports, said. 

Hammerer will play his second season with Chur next season. He has recorded ten goals and eleven assists in 48 regular-season games this season. Canova, for his part, will start in his third season with the team. The forward has recorded eight goals and 13 assists in 42 games.
