Alpine move - Pascal Brunner from Bolzano to Chur

EHC Chur has acquired the services of Pascal Brunner. The forward, previously a member of HC Bolzano (ICEHL), has signed on for this coming winter. It is the 24-year-old's second Swiss League stint after a first one with Visp during the 2021-22 season.

"Pascal was our dream signing", team manager Björn Gerhard is cited in Chur's Instagram post. "He brings scoring ability, physicality, intensity, and great growth potential."

After his first few steps on the ice with Meran (South Tyrol), Brunner joined HC Davos' youth department in 2016. Later, he moved to SC Bern's U20, and eventually to Visp. In 2022, he returned to Meran, this time to play for the men's team in the AlpsHL, but signed with Bolzano the summer after.
