"Rundqvist impresses with his high level of hockey IQ and extensive experience. Another positive factor is that Rundqvist can play both defense and forward, giving the coaching staff more options when putting together the lineup," team manager Patrick Brändli said.
Adam Rundqvist will thus play a seventh season with HC Thurgau (2018-2023, 2025-). The Swede is in possession of a Swiss players' license and has been playing in Switzerland since 2017.
