Bloch will remain in charge until February 2025. The search for his successor has already begun.

As part of the current strategy review, the Board of Directors of the SIHF has decided that new management impetus is needed for the implementation of the new “Strategy 2030” from next year. Therefore, Bloch's contract will be terminated at the end of February 2025.
Bloch worked for five years as CEO of the SIHF, guiding the Federation through financial restructuring, the pandemic years, and the consequences of the creation of the National League AG.
