PostFinance to donate more than 300'000 francs for youth development

This year's amount, which is a bit less compared to the 331'200 francs handed out last season, is calculated based on 300 francs per point for the National League top scorers and a forfait of CHF 150'000 equally distributed to the eight clubs in the Women's League.

Genève-Servette HC's Markus Granlund led all National League players in points with 54, while EV Zug's Lara Stalder picked up 53 points in 27 games, the most by any player in the Women's League.

"We are proud that around CHF 9 million has been invested directly in Swiss youth ice hockey since 2002 and that we have also been specifically supporting the women of the PostFinance Women's League since the 2022-23 season. In doing so, PostFinance is setting an example for equal opportunities in ice hockey and contributing to the professionalization of women's ice hockey," said Ron Schneider, Chief Customer Experience Officer and member of the Executive Board of PostFinance.
