Will Lars Leuenberger return to Bern?

As Klaus Zaugg (CH Media, published in the "Aargauer Zeitung") reports, SC Bern, who is looking for a coach for the 2026-27 season, is interested in having Lars Leuenberger back as a head coach.

Supposedly, first talks between Leuenberger and SC Bern's managing staff regarding a potential early split with the Dragons have already taken place.

Leuenberger started his coaching career with the Bears and even coached the team to a championship title in 2016. He left the organization in 2020.
