After having been under contract with SC Bern for his entire career, Philip Wüthrich signed with the Biancoblù in 2025. His two-year deal with the Ticino-based team is set to expire next year.
As Klaus Zaugg (Watson) speculates, HCAP might have a hard time keeping him in Ambrì, as there might be other options the goaltender might be able to pursue. The team is expecting his decision by the end of October at the latest.
Last season, the goaltender appeared in 28 regular-season games for HCAP, posting a .906 save percentage.
