Klaus Zaugg ("Watson") already reported last week that SC Bern had managed to secure the services of Joel Grossniklaus and Paul Mottard.

Grossniklaus, 19, has been playing in Sweden since 2024. The forward, who has agreed to a two-year contract with the Bears, has recorded three goals and eleven assists in 15 games for Malmö's U20 team.

Mottard, 19, has been playing in Finland since 2024. He has suited up for the U20 team as well as the Liiga team of Ilves this season. His contract is valid until the end of the 2028-29 season.

Thierry Schild and Nils Rhyn have also decided to stay with SC Bern. Whereas Schild has signed a two-year deal, Rhyn  will be part of SCB's organization for the next three seasons
