SC Bern confirms signing of von Burg, Lehmann out for a while

"We want to work with up-and-coming players in all positions. With Andri Henauer and Christof von Burg, we now have two goalies with promising potential," Patrik Bärtschi, team manager of SC Bern, said. Von Burg is currently under contract with EHC Winterthur and will leave the team next season. 

In other news, the Bears will have to make do without Marco Lehmann for quite some time. The forward suffered an upper-body injury in the game between Switzerland and Sweden last week and will be out of the lineup until mid-February.
