The "Berner Zeitung" already reported at the beginning of the month that Ville Peltonen might be a candidate to succeed Heinz Ehlers in Bern next season. Now, it seems that the Finn is indeed of interest to the Bears: during the phone call, the details of a possible collaboration were discussed at length, Zaugg writes.
Additionally, the journalist also reports that assistant coach Patrick Schöb will stay in Bern after he declined an offer from HC Ambrì-Piotta.
