Raphael Diaz will reportedly not stay with HC Fribourg-Gottéron

As Klaus Zaugg ("Watson") reports, HC Fribourg-Gottéron has decided not to extend the contract of Raphael Diaz.

As his agent, Gaëtan Voisard, tells Zaugg, there are a couple of interested parties in him: the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, Genève-Servette HC, and HC Ambrì-Piotta. So far, however, nothing concrete has manifested itself.

As per Zaugg, one team was not mentioned by Voisard that has also asked around about the veteran defenseman: SC Bern.

It remains thus to be seen where Diaz ends up. The defender has played in 26 games for the Dragons this season, recording three goals and two assists.
