As the situation surrounding Swedish defender Emil Djuse is still uncertain, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers have decided to keep Bobby Nardella around until this spring. The Italian-American defender arrived in Switzerland at the end of October due to an excessive number of defenders in the infirmary at that time.

In 18 games so far, Nardella scored four goals and collected four assists. That makes him the third most productive defender in the team, only behind Inaki Baragano (13 points in 33 games) and Philip Holm (eleven points in 33 games).
