EHC Biel is supposedly closer to signing Hultström, but Genève-Servette HC is also interested in the defenseman. The Greants are, after all, not renewing Theodor Lennström's contract. The latter, by the way, is still looking for a contract in Switzerland but has not closed the door on returning to Sweden, as he told "NWT" today.
Hultström, for his part, has one year left on his deal with Linköping HC, but has an out clause in his contract. He would thus have to notify Linköping if he were to sign elsewhere. However, as Tony Mårtensson, assistant team manager of Linköping HC, told "Sportbladet", he has not yet done so.
According to the newspaper, the SHL team is, however, looking for a potential replacement. They are supposedly interested in Bobby Nardella, who is under contract with the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers this season. The defenseman recorded six goals and 13 assists.
