"Fazza has become a true leader. His work ethic and scoring touch are exceptional. I am truly happy that Lugano has a homegrown player with his qualities and that he is so motivated to do whatever it takes to succeed with our team," Janick Steinmann, team manager of HC Lugano, said about Luca Fazzini.
Fazzini is a product of the Bianconeri's organization and has been playing for the men's team since the 2012-13 season. This past season, he recorded 16 goals and 31 assists in 52 regular-season games.
