National League

The roster of the Ajoulots for the next season is shaping up with one acquisition and three extensions.

Christophe Cavalleri

For the first time in his career, Christophe Cavalleri will play for another team in the National League that is not Genève-Servette HC. The product of the Grenats has signed a two-year contract with HC Ajoie binding him to the team from Porrentruy until the end of the 2026-27 season. The 22-year-old forward was on an expiring contract with GSHC.

Additionally, HC Ajoie also announces the extension of goaltender Damiano Ciaccio (one year, will thus continue to share duties with Benjamin Conz) and forwards Matteo Romanenghi and Kyen Sopa (both two years).

This season, Cavalleri scored one goal and put up one assist for the Eagles in 19 regular season games. For their parts, Sopa collected six points and Romanenghi three assists. As for Ciaccio, he posted a save percentage of .894 in eleven games so far.
