Supposedly, Tim Berni will not stay with Genève-Servette HC until the end of his contract (spring 2027) but rather will change teams in the summer and will join the ZSC Lions. Berni moved to the Lions' organization in 2015 from Dübendorf and stayed there until 2021, when he transferred to North America for two seasons.
This season, Berni collected three points in 17 games. This spring, he was part of the Swiss national team that won a silver medal at the World Championship.
