Game between HCL and ZSC postponed due to death of Geo Mantegazza

Geo Mantegazza's funeral ceremony will take place on Saturday. HC Lugano thus requested that the game against the ZSC Lions be postponed. The Lions and the League accepted the request. 

Geo Mantegazza had been the Bianconeri's acting president from 1978 until 1991, led HC Lugano to heights in the '80s with John Slettvoll and Fausto Senni, and helped to make Swiss hockey more professional. Under his presidency, Lugano was promoted to the NLA (now National League) and won four titles (1986, 1987, 1988, 1990).
