Extension with Lugano for Carl Dahlström

Carl Dahlström joined HC Lugano in 2024 from Färjestad BK. In the 89 games he has made for the Bianconeri so far, they appear to be convinced by the defenseman's skills - he has been signed to an extension until 2028.

"Calle plays a very important role in our team's defense", team manager Janick Steinmann states. "His consistency and solid performance every night, as well as his personality, are essential elements within our group."

During his stint with Lugano so far, 31-year-old Dahlström has recorded three goals and 16 assists. This season, he sees a bit over 18 minutes of ice time on average - a stepdown from 19:59 last season-, which puts him fourth among the Bianconeri's defenders.
