HC Ambrì-Piotta announced yesterday that they signed Philip Wüthrich. SC Bern will thus have to look into the goaltender market.
EHC Winterthur
As the "Berner Zeitung" reports, the Bears are interested in acquiring Christof von Burg. The 23-year-old goaltender is currently under contract with EHC Winterthur in the Swiss League.
Von Burg is a product of the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers system but played four seasons in the Swedish HockeyEttan before returning to Switzerland this past summer. This season, he has appeared in ten games for Winterthur, posting a .934 save percentage.
