Davide Mottis is Ambrì-Piotta's new president

At HCAP SA's special general assembly today in Airolo, the shareholders elected three new board members: Davide Mottis, Roberto Ballina, and Angelo Geninazzi. Together with Massimo Frigerio, Reto Sormani, and Patrick Albisetti, they will form the new composition of the panel.

In addition, the administrative board has chosen Davide Mottis as the new president of HC Ambrì-Piotta. Mottis thus takesn over for Filippo Lombardi, who is stepping down after 17 years on the job. As a sign of appreciation for his achieved work and the deep connection with the club, Lombardi was named honorary president.

Under the new president's leadership, the board particularly focused on strengthening the company's structure, restructuring its debt positions, and ensuring careful financial management. Another of the board's priorities is to strengthen its representation and network in German-speaking Switzerland.
