The 35-year-old defenseman has agreed to a one-year contract and will stay with the team until the end of the 2024-25 season.
"With his experience of over 900 games in the two highest-tier leagues, Claudio is not only valuable on the ice, but he is also an important link for the young players in the team," Pascal Müller, team manager of the SCL Tigers, said.
Claudio Cadonau returned to the Tigers in 2022. He had already played for them from 2018 to 2020. This season, he recorded four assists in 43 regular-season games for Langnau.
