Kodie Curran, who last played for the Dinamo Minsk in the KHL, will be the seventh import player under contract with HC Ambrì-Piotta. The Biancoblù already have two foreigners in defense, Tim Heed and Jesse Virtanen. The agreement between Curran and the club includes an option to extend the collaboration until the end of the season.
Last season, Curran scored eight goals and collected 21 assists in 71 games with Dinamo Minsk. In his career, Curran suited up mainly in the AHL (92 games), the SHL (99 games with Rögle BK), and the KHL, wearing the jersey of Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the 2022-23 season and that of Dinamo Minsk this past season.
