Additional assistant - Pär Arlbrandt joins the Tigers

Starting tomorrow, the SCL Tigers have one additional member on their coaching staff. Pär Arlbrandt, without a team so far this autumn, will join Thierry Paterlini, Steve Hirschi, and Jukka Varmanen until the end of the season as an assistant coach.

It will be Arlbrandt's second stop in his coaching career. He started out with Linköping, first with their U20, and, from 2023 until last summer, with the main SHL squad. The 43-year-old is no stranger to Switzerland either; he played for EHC Biel from 2014 until January 2016.

As assistant coach Varmanen will be with the Finnish national team in February, Arlbrandt's addition also serves as personnel reinforcement for that time.
