The 30-year-old forward did not play in the third period of the game between HC Lugano and the SCL Tigers.
According to RSI, he hurt his left knee during the game. Whether he will miss some time remains to be seen, but as the National League takes its Spengler Cup break, he might be good to go for the first game of the next year.
Fazzini has appeared in 34 games for the Bianconeri this season, recording twelve goals and 17 assists.
