HC Lugano will be without Brian Zanetti for the time being

Brian Zanetti is listed as "week-to-week" in the club's medical report. However, he is not the only player the Bianconeri are currently missing. Defenseman David Aebischer (lower-body injury) and forwards Calvin Thürkauf (lower-body injury) and Ramon Tanner (upper-body injury) have also been sidelined since the end of last week; they are listed as "day-to-day" in the report.

Additionally, Dario Simion has been out of action for a longer period; his upper-body injury is being re-evaluated on a week-to-week basis. The forward has been sidelined since early August and has missed all preseason games so far.
