Four players were absent from LHC's lineup yesterday due to injury

The four players all figured on Lausanne HC's list of injured players ahead of the first game of the season. However, it looks like the players are not dealing with severe injuries.

“They’re minor issues,” Lausanne’s team manager John Fust told “Blick”, offering some reassurance. While a return is in sight for the three defensemen, Suomela’s recovery could take a little longer. Two players were injured in the last preseason game against HC Sierre; the other two had already been dealing with minor injuries before the game.
