After one season with the Valaisans, Lutz returns to the Eispiraten Crimmitschau in the DEL2, the second tier of German hockey.
One year after leaving Germany to come play in Switzerland, Tim Lutz will now go the other way. The 23-year-old forward has signed a contract with the Eispiraten Crimmitschau, for which he already suited up a few times from 2021 to 2023 on loan from the Fischtown Pinguins.
In 25 games with EHC Visp, Lutz scored five goals and collected four assists. Additionally, he had two points in one National Cup game.
